Please note as communicated during the session – the list of entities invited to participate in this informal dialogue on the PABS System was developed under significant time constraints and was not intended to be exhaustive. It is recognized that other organizations and actors that are relevant to, or have an interest in, the PABS System may have not be included in the initial round of invitations. The selection of invitees does not imply any judgment by WHO on the importance, status or standing of any organization, nor does it confer any rights or privileges. In compiling this list, WHO sought, to the extent possible, to reflect a diversity of, and balance in, relevant perspectives, while operating within the available time and logistical parameters. WHO remains committed to the principles of inclusivity, transparency and accessibility and will continue to explore appropriate opportunities for additional interested stakeholders to engage in discussions related to the PABS System, including in future consultative processes.
